Ingredients

2 cups cold water
9 medium sized ripe red tomatoes, cored
1 - 900 ml container No Name Low Sodium Beef Broth
1 1/2 cups Green Giant Valley Selections Baby Blend
3/4 cup Green Giant Peaches & Cream Corn
1 cup Green Giant Valley Selections Cut Broccoli
1 cup Europe's Best Green & Yellow Beans, broken up
2 cups PC Blue Menu Vegetarian tips
3 shallots, peeled & sliced thin
Black Pepper to taste
Tips
Meat eaters can replace vegetarian beef with real beef. Adjust calories for real beef
Directions
1. Pour water into large pot, remove ends of tomatoes and add to water. Bring to a boil.
2. When tomato skins start to peel back, remove from water and peel the skins off, when done put the tomatoes back into boiled water and mash'
3. Cut the vegetarian tips in half and set aside.
4. Add remaining ingrdients except the tips to pot and stir.
5. Add tips and cook on medium heat until heated thoroughly and vegtables are tender.
Serving Size: makes 5 2-cup servings
