    Egg, fresh, 3 medium(remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup(remove)
    *Flour, white, 1.5 cup(remove)
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp(remove)
    Yoghurt - Easi Yo Greek Regular 1 cup serve, 1 cup(remove)
    Apricots, dried, 16 whole
    2 tsp almond essence


Soak apricots in wateror juice or brandy for about 1/2 hr

Beat sugar and eggs together for about 4 minutes till light & fluffy, add flour and baking powder, almond essesnce then add yoghurt. Pour into a square prepared baking dish, Drain apricots and place on top evenly to make 16 slices. Bake at 170 celcius for aprox 40 minutes
