Delicious, sweet side dish. Goes great with anything. Delicious, sweet side dish. Goes great with anything.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 bag baby carrots
    3-4 tbsp honey
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    Extra virgin olive oil


Spread the carrots onto a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Put into a 400 degree preheated oven and roast for 20 minutes.

After the carrots are roasted, pull out of the oven and drizzle with honey and balsamic vinegar. Toss to coat. Put back into oven for about 5 more minutes. Serve.
