Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups unsalted chicken stock
    1/4 cup or 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
    2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed w/equal water
    1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
    2 teaspoons onion powder
    3/4 teaspoon salt

Tips

You can add additional herbs, such as dill, basil or thyme, to your taste, for extra flavor.


Directions

Melt butter in chicken stock add seasonings. Bring to a boil and stir in cornstarch and water mixture. Continue to simmer for a minute or until it thickens. Cool and use immediately or spoon into ice cube trays to freeze, and use another day.
