    1 Ounce Unsweetened Chocolate
    1 Cup minus 2TBS Cake Flour (or All purpose works fine)
    1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 Tea. Baking Powder
    1/4 Tea. Salt
    1/8 Tea. Cinnamon
    Pinch Nutmeg
    1 1/4 Cups Sugar
    1 Large egg, 2 Large Egg Whites
    3 Tablespoons Water
    1 Tablespoon Vannila Extract


350 Degree's
20-22 Minutes
Poke with toothpick, toothpick should come up with a few crumbs.
