Ingredients

    2 apples peeled sliced and cored
    1/3 c maple syrup
    4c water
    2c steel cut oats
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt

Tips

1 serving is 0.5 cup


Directions

mix :maple syrup and cinnamon with apples.then put on the bottom of the crockpot mix: oats with water and salt. pour oat mixture on top of apples DO NOT STIR cover and cook overnight on low 8 to 9 hours. in the morning stir and serve
