    melba toast
    2 mini cucumber
    100g turkey breast
    1/4 tsp Bragg organic seasoning
    2 tbsp chicken broth
    1/4 tsp lemon juice


1. cut turkey into thin slices
2. stir fry turkey in broth, lemon juice, and spices until cooked through
3. slice cucumber, place on melba toast and top with turkey.
