Ingredients

    2 pkgs House Foods Shirataki Spaghetti Noodles
    1 cup quartered mushrooms
    .50 cup bean sprouts
    1/2 cup chopped onion (or scallions)
    1/4 cup shredded carrots
    1 bag HEB (or other) Edamane Asian Frozen vegs
    .50 cup lite soy sauce
    2 tablespoons corn starch

Directions

Rinse, drain and dry noodles. Add all veg's but frozen to skillet with little oil or spray oil, saute a few minutes. Add frozen veg's and cook until thawed. Meantime, mix soy sauce w/cornstarch until blended. Once veg's are thawed, add the soy sauce mixture and mix through, then add the noodles and mix. Yum

Serving Size: Makes 4 equal servings, about 1.5 cups each
