    100g ground beef
    1c shredded cabbage
    3 cabbage leaves
    1/2c diced tomato w/sauce
    season to taste


1. fry ground beef with seasonings, add shredded cabbage and cook till soft and translucent
2. steam cabbage leaves
3. fill each leaf and roll, put in sm casserole dish and top with tomatoes
4. cook in 350 oven until done

Serving Size: makes 1 serving
