    1(12 oz) package egg noodles
    2 c frozen green peas
    1(10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free for even less fat and calories)
    2(5oz) cans of tuna, drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1.5 c of shredded cheddar cheese
    ground black pepper to taste


I like to put this in a casserole dish and top with a little bit of bread crumbs for a little crunch. If you use the bread crumbs put in the oven for 5 min just to crisp up the crumbs and make sure they are melted into the cheese


1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and frozen peas. Cook until noodles are al dente, drain well. return noodles and peas to pot.
2. Mix soup, tuna, onions, cheese, and pepper into the pot. Stir constantly until all of the ingredients are well mixed and the cheese is melted. Serve.
