Ingredients

    1 tsp cinnamon, ground
    .5 cup hyvee cinnamon apple sauce
    .5 cup brown sugar
    20 small hyvee buttermilk biscuits

Tips

Normally monkey bread is made with butter instead of applesauce, but with the applesauce the fat decreases a lot.
This is a good breakfast dish served with fresh fruits and milk.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Tear the biscuits into quarters and drop into bottom of greased bundt pan. Mix sugar, cinnamon and applesauce in a pot and bring to a slight boil. Pour over the biscuits and cook for 20 to 25 minutes in a 350 oven.
