    PC organic oatmeal muffin mix (prepare as on box, just add another 1/3 cup of water
    1 tbsp of whole ground flaxseed meal
    1 tbsp hemp hearts
    1 scoop Vega Chocolate Optimizer
    1 tbsp cocoa

Directions

400 for 18 minutes
