Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

Unsweetened Almond Breeze Almond Milk, 1.5 cup
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 tbsp
P.B. Co. dark chocolate dream peanut butter, 1 tbsp
Designer Whey Protein powder, Chocolate, 1 scoop
Coffee grounds, unused, very fine grind, 1 tbs
Banana, frozen and sliced, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    1/2 tsp xanthan gum
    2 ice cubes

Directions

Add wet ingredients to the blender first (to avoid the powder clumping.) Then add all other ingredients except ice(I use a coffee grinder set to very fine for the coffee.) Blend on mix until the bananas are broken up. Add xanthan gum, 1/4 tsp at a time until desired consistency is achieved. You can leave it out, but it adds a nice thickness. Add ice cubes if you need to make it colder. Makes about 2 cups.
