Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Jiffy All Purpose Baking Mix
    1/4 Cup Egg Beaters Liquid Egg Whites
    1/4 Cup 2% Milk

Directions

1) Mix all ingredients in bowl
2) Heat skillet to medium temp
3) ladle 1 oz of mix per pancake. Cook 1 - 2 min per side and serve
