Ingredients

1 can (19.5oz) La Sierra Charro Beans,
1 Cup HEB Reduced Fat Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
1/2 Cup Daisy Light Sour Cream,
1 lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey
1 Cup Salsa
2 Cups Coarsely broken Tortilla Chips
Directions
Cook meat, add beans and salsa. Heat to boiling.
Heat oven to 350.
Line bottom of 2qt dish with tortilla chips. Layer meat mixture, then sour cream, then cheese. **Recipe suggests adding diced tomatoes and green onions to layer between sour cream and cheese.
Cook, uncovered, in oven 30 min. Serve with Salsa, tortilla chips and lettuce. Makes 4 servings.
