    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 Italian tomato, diced
    Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup
    Carrots, raw, 5 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long), sliced
    Zucchini, 4 cup, sliced
    Shiitake Mushrooms, 2 cup pieces
    Beef, top sirloin, 24 oz
    Green Beans (snap), 3 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 3 cup kernels
    Lima Beans, 4 cups
    *Soup, beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial, 6 can (10.5 oz)
    Olive Oil, .25 cup
    3 bay leaves
    1 tsp salt
    pepper to taste


dice all vegetebles. Saute in olive oil until translucent. Dice meat, season and then broil until brown, add to vegetable mix. Add onion soup, consume, barley and additional water. Simmer 2 hours
