Using coconut flour and almond flour. Using coconut flour and almond flour.
Number of Servings: 14


    2 c almond flour
    1/2 c coconut flour
    6 med eggs
    1/2 c honey
    3/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1 c blueberries, fresh or frozen


preheat oven to 350F line muffin cup tin with 14 paper liners.
combine dry ingredients both flours and salt.
in separate bowl mix eggs, honey and vanilla. add dry and blend. gently fold in blueberries
bake for 30-40 min the stop should be springy yet firm when ready
