    1/2 cup Minute Microwave Brown Rice
    1/2 tablespoon natural peanut butter
    1/2 tablespoon (or a little less) low sodium soy sauce
    1/2 cup frozen broccoli, cooked and covered to keep warm.


Combine 1/2 cup brown rice with 1/2 cup water and microwave, covered, for five minutes.

Meanwhile, whisk together peanut butter and soy sauce. To stretch it a bit more without adding sodium, add a little bit of water to it if you'd prefer.

Once the rice is finished, toss together with broccoli and peanut sauce. Enjoy as a side dish or small lunch.
