    H-E-B Ground Sirloin (90/10), 1 lb
    H-E-B Petite Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
    Beans, red kidney, 1 15 oz can rinsed and drained
    Beans, black, 1 15.5 oz can rinsed and drained
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Bell Peppers, 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Chili powder, 3 tbsp or to taste
    Garlic, 3 cloves or to taste
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *100% Natural Hunt's Sauce - No Salt Added


Add 1 oz low fat cheese and fruit for a great, well balanced meal.


Serving Size: Serves 5

Cook hamburger meat in large sauce pan until browned with olive oil, garlic, onions, bell peppers and mushrooms. Add chili powder, can of diced tomatoes, and rinsed and drained beans. Simmer for 30 minutes until flavors blended. Add additional seasoning to taste during cooking.
