    4 slices whole wheat bread
    1 whole avocado, mashed
    1 whole tomato, sliced
    1 slices turkey
    1 tsp fresh basil, chopped
    1 dash black pepper.


The avocado is used as a replacement for mayonnaise.


In a bowl mash avocado with a fork for creamy avocado spread. Put mashed avocado on top of bread, top with tomato and turkey slices. Season with fresh basil and black pepper to taste.
