Introduction

Boiled fish and mangoes for 2 Boiled fish and mangoes for 2
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 frozen tilapia fillets
    1 or 2 ripe mangoes
    Chef Paul Prudhome's Blackening Seasoning
    Chili powder

Tips

Serve fish hot next to room-temp mangoes. A little parsley sprinkled on the mangoes makes it look pretty.

A nice green salad and crunchy bread completes the meal.


Directions

1. Thaw 2 4oz frozen tilapia fillets

2. Dice fresh mangoes and toss with chili powder to taste, Let sit at least 30 minutes.

3. Rinse fish and pat dry
Spray both sides of fish with Pam

4. Broil on high for about 5 minutes, or until any pink turns brown.

5. Turn fish over, sprinkle with Blackening Seasoning

6. Continue to broil another 5 minutes, or until fish is flaky, and seasoning has turned black.
