    *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup (remove)
    *Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 1 cup (remove)
    *1 med yellow onion, 1 serving (remove)
    Spaghetti Squash, 6 cup (remove)
    Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    *Simply Kraft Ricotta Cheese Reduced Fat, 1 cup (remove)

Puncture spaghetti squash with a knife in several places to allow steam to escape. Microwave for seven minutes, rotate it and microwave for another 7 minutes, depending on the size of the spaghetti squash. Brown ground beef crumbles, adding onions and garlic toward the end.

Season ricotta cheese with basil.
