    Flounder Treasures from the sea, 12 oz
    Salt Lemon & Pepper Seasoning, 4 tsp
    Lemon juice Badia, 4 tsp
    Honey wildflower Bee Natural, 0.5 tbsp


In small bowl mix lemon pepper, honey & lemon (or lime) juice. Put flounder in glass dish in oven on "broil" 3 minutes each side. Then spread mixture over top of each fillet & broil another 2 to 3 minutes & serve.
