1 pound lean ground turkey, 93% lean or 97% lean
1 package Good Seasons Italian Seasonings Mix
    1 egg
    1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
1 Jar of your favorite, low sugar, low calorie pasta sauce (aim for 80 calories or less per 1/2 cup)

Use a high fiber or whole wheat pasta or try spaghetti squash for a pasta alternative.

Place ground turkey in a large bowl. Add packet of Italian seasonings, 1 cup of italian breadcrumbs, and 1 beaten egg to bind it all together. Mix with your hands; if its too lose add another tbsp of breadcrumbs to bind it together.

Form golf ball sized meatballs and place on baking dish or meatball rack if you have one. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. While they are baking, warm up the jar of marinara sauce on the stovetop. After 20 minutes, remove meatballs from the oven and simmer in the pasta sauce for an additional 10 minutes.
