    1 can Campbell's Condensed Healthy Request Cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup water (1 1/3 cup if you prefer creamier rice)
    3/4 cup uncooked regular long grain white rice
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    4 skinless boneless chicken breasts (I take two large ones and cut them in half to make 4 reasonably portioned pieces).


Mix soup, water, paprika, and pepper in 2 qt shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Season with additional paprika and black pepper. Cover and Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until done.

Serve with a steamed veggie
