    3/4 Orzo, dry
    1 cup coarsly chopped Salad Greens
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp finely minced fresh Rosemary
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 Tbsp Pine Nuts


You can also use fresh spinach or any greens


Cook orzo according to package directions omitting fat and salt, Drain, place in medium size bowl. Add greens and remaining ingredients tossing well.
