Ingredients

    1 half large raw Carrot, shredded
    1 cup fresh Cabbage, shredded
    .25 cup chopped Walnuts
    .25 cup Raisins)
    1 whole medium apple, peeled, chopped or diced
    1.5 Tablespoons Hellmann's Light, Mayonnaise

Directions

Shred carrots and cabbage
Finely mince garlic

Combine all remaining ingredients with the carrots and cabbage. Chill 1 hour before serving.
