    8 oz. can of spinach
    1 egg


Open small can of spinach. Put it in a small skillet to heat. Use the back of a spoon to make an indentation in the spinach. Crack an egg into the indentation. Cover the skillet and cook egg to desired doneness. Salt and pepper to taste. Onion and/or garlic could be added to spinach if desired.
