    Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 14 oz. cubed
    Neufchetel Cheese 4 oz.
    Chicken Broth 1 Cup
    Mozzarella Cheese part skim 1 Cup
    Kraft Three Cheese Parmesan Cheese 4 Tbsp
    Thin Spaghetti 6 oz.
    Broccoli Florette's Frozen 8 oz.
    White Wine 2 oz.
    Basil 2 Tbsp
    Garlic 2tsp
    Pam Olive Oil Cooking Spray 4 1 second sprays


Pre Heat Oven to 375 F
1) Cook Spaghetti in boiling water for 13 min. add broccoli at the last 3 minutes. then drain
2) While Spag is cooking add olive oil to med. skillet and bring to medium high heat. add chicken, and seasonings and cook till chicken is no longer pink.
3) De-glaze pan with wine let alcohol cook off then add chicken broth and Neufchetel and stir till dissolved, add 1/2 Cup Mozzarella and Parmesan then stir. Let reduce till thick and creamy.
4) Add spaghetti & Broccoli to skillet and combine well.
5) Spray 9" x 9" casserole dish with Pam and Transfer skillet contents to casserole dish.
6) Bake 15 Minutes then top with remaining Cheeses and bake until cheese is golden brown about 6 - 8 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 1/4th 9"x9" pan
