Ingredients

    Olive Oil 21 Tbsp
    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 14 oz Cubed
    Basil 2 Tbsp
    Garlic 2 tsp
    White Wine 2 oz
    Chicken Broth 1 Cup
    Neufchatel Cheese 4 oz
    Mozzarella Cheese 4 oz
    Parmesan Cheese2 Tbsp
    Thin Spaghetti 6 oz
    Broccoli Frozen 8 oz
    Pam cooking Spray (Olive Oil) 4 1 sec. sprays
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Pre Heat Oven to 375F
1) Cook spaghetti in boiling water for 13 min. Add Broc. in last 3 min of cooking.
2) While Spag. is cooking Bring Large skillet to med/high temp. and add Olive Oil then add Chicken and seasonings. When Chicken is no longer pink De-Glaze pan with wine and let alcohol cook off (2 min) then add Chicken Broth, Neufchatel. Stir until dissolved and reduce til creamy. then add 1/2 of cheeses.
3) When Pasta is done drain and add to skillet and fold together well.
4) Spray 9" x 9" casserole pan with cooking spray then transfer contents of skillet to casserole pan and bake for 15 min. Top with remaining cheeses and bake til golden brown (6 - 8 min). remove from oven and let stand for 5 min before cutting. Cut pan into 4 equal portions and serve.
