Introduction

Ingredients

    2 hard boiled eggs
    1 - 5 oz can tuna fish in water
    ~1 Tbsp yellow mustard, more to taste and wetness
    ~1 Tbsp light mayo if you choose, more to taste and wetness
    diced green apple, to texture
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Prep time does not include hard boiling eggs.
I use ~2 thin slices from my apple, then dice


Directions

1. Mash up hard boiled eggs
2. Drain tuna fish and then add to eggs
3. Add mustard and mayo to desired taste and consistency
4. Add salt and pepper to taste
5. Add diced apple to desired texture/taste

Serving Size: Makes ~1 1/4 cups
