Organic Unsweetened Coconut, Let's Do...Organic brand, 1 tbsp
Coconut Flour, Let's Do...Organic (4 Tbsp)
Muscle Milk Protein Plus Vanilla (Costco), 1 scoop
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Egg Beaters 100% liquid egg white, 4 tbsp
1/4-1/2 C cold water
The amount of water you will need will really depend on your brand of coconut flour and protein powder as the absorption rate will vary. Just add water until it starts to thin out like regular pancake batter.
These are great wrapped over turkey sausages or topped with organic all natural nut butters or if you allow greek yogurt on your 4HB plan - that is good, too!
The amount of water you use will determine how many pancakes you get it.
