Ingredients

500 grams Minced beef, extra lean,
1 large Onions, raw,
1 or 2 Beef oxo cube,
500 grams Carrot and Swede (Sainsburys),
1 large Potato
0.5 cup Peas, frozen,
2 tsp mixed dry herb,
1 tsp black pepper corn freshly ground,
1 tsp Pepper, white,
100 grams Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself Cheddar,

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200ēC, fan 180ēC, gas 6.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the mince. Add 400ml water, then crumble in the beef stock cube, add the mixed herbs and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add half the swede & carrots mix, all the peas and onion before adding, and continue cooking for a further 15 minutes, or until the mince is tender.
Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes into chunks and cook in boiling water with other half of swede and carrots until soft. Drain and mash. Season to taste.
Add some cornflour to a little water and mix into the mince to thicken slightly if required, then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Spoon the mince and vegetables into an ovenproof dish. Top with the mashed potato, swede and carrot. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook for 1520 minutes or until the potato is golden. Serve hot for a hearty dinner.
