Introduction

Easy and Yummy Easy and Yummy

Ingredients

    Mix the following ingredients together:

    3 oz. Curry Chicken tenders shredded
    3/4 cup of Red/Yellow/Green peppers diced
    1 Tbsp Hellman's Light Mayo
    10 Leaves Fresh Coriander
    1 Tbsp Purple onion
    1 Tsp Honey
    1/2 Lemon juice

    Toss the above with the following:

    10 sliced grapes
    2 cups mixed salad (I like to add a little Rocket salad)
    5 sliced Almonds toasted (Sprinkle on top of Salad)

Directions

Sauted the chicken tenders in a pan with a little curry powder and water until cooked.
