    3 lb Ground Moose Meat
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 c chopped Celery
    1 med Onion chopped
    1 c chopped carrots
    1/2 c sliced fresh Mushrooms
    1 large can Aylmer Diced Tomatoes
    3 cups shredded cabbage
    1 jar (700 ml) Ragu Pasta Sauce
    2 c boiling water
    2 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon (add to water)
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp Oregano
    1/2 Tbsp Basil
    1 Tsp Lemon Pepper
    1 Tsp Seasoning Salt


Brown hamburger in pan, remove to large pot (keep on Medium). Using same pan, saute Celery, Onion, Mushroom, carrots and cabbage in the olive oil for 10 minutes stirring often. Add to meat in pot. Add Diced Tomatoes and Pasta Sauce, heat through. Add boiling water with bouillon mixed in. Add spices and stir. Simmer for 30 minutes or until carrots are tender. Yields 10 - 1 cup servings.
