    Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ounces
    White Wine, 1 glass (4 fl oz)
    Green Peppers, 1 cup, strips
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Italian seasoning, 2 tsp
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp chicken base
    2 cloves garlic


Cook chicken in olive oil for 5 minutes on each side. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes.
Can be served over rice
