    2 cups fresh green beans
    1/2 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp fresh chopped basil
    1 oz soft goat cheese, crumbled
    pepper to taste


Bring water to boil in sauce pan. Add beans and fennel, cook until slightly tender (4 mins). Drain in colinder and run under cold water.
Return empty pan to stove, on medium heat. Heat olive oil for a minute. Add beans and fennel to pan and season with basil and pepper. Cook until coated and warm. Transfer and toss in goat cheese.
