    4 oz Healthy Harvest Multigrain Pasta (or other brand of multigrain pasta)
    1 tbsp unsalted butter
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    3 garlic cloves
    1 tbsp choppd shallots
    2 cups chopped Swiss Chard
    lemon zest
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 oz Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
    1 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese


Cook Pasta for 3 mins less than package states. Drain.
Heat butter and oil in large pot over medium heat for about 1 min. Add garlic and shallots, cook until fragrant. Stir in chard, lemon zest, wine, and red pepper flakes. Cook covered until chard has wilted, 2-3 mins.
Stir in pasta and ricotta cheese. Cook until pasta is al dente, 3-4 mins. Divide into 2 dishes and sprinkle with parmesan.
