Introduction

fry ground turkey adding spices like salt pepper cumin and chili pepper. spray pam on individual tortilla and heat up on a placa or pan. Add approx 1/4 cup of meat and roll individual tortilla for a total of 12 taquitos. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for about 10-15 mins to make crispy. Blend all other ingredients except for sour cream in a blender for the best homemade salsa you will ever have in my opinion! Top each taquito with salsa and sour cream!
