    250g pork cut into cubes
    2 quinces peeled and cut into thick slices
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup home-orepared chicken stock
    1 cup white wine
    1 tsp of each salt/pepper/ginger
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 onion chopped
    2 garlic cloves chopped


saute pork/onion and garlic with spices and then add quinces and saute ffor 5 min afterwards pour wine and stock and leave to simmer for 30min or until tender
