Ingredients

    DOUGH
    4 cups Semolina Flour, unenriched
    1 tsp Salt
    4 Eggs
    1/4 cup Cold Water

    FILLING
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 tbsp Garlic, minced (appx. 1 - 2 cloves)
    1 pound Ground beef
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
    1 tsp Basil
    1/2 tsp Marjoram, dried
    1 Egg
    1 tsp Rosemary, freshly chopped
    1/4 cup Milk, 2%
    1/4 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, freshly shredded
    2 tbsp Parsley, freshly chopped

    4 cups Spaghetti Sauce (your choice)

Directions

Make the Dough, cut out 4" circles of the dough and stuff them with the filling.
