Ingredients

    Almonds, .5 cup, whole (remove)
    *Enjoy Life's Dairy, Soy, and Gluten Free Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1 serving = 15 g), 283 gram(s) (remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Folger's Hazelnut Coffee, .25 serving (remove)
    *Purevia 1 packet= 2 tsp. sugar, 2 serving (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    egg white, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Oatmeal, raw, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Bake almonds on sheet at 350 for 8 minutes or until brown.

Chop slightly in food processor. Transfer to bowl.

Combine 2T of chopped almonds, 2T chocolate chips, oatmeal, cocoa, coffee, and baking soda in food processor and pulse until finely ground.

Combine Purevia, eggs and vanilla. Whirl until thickened. Combine egg mixture with cocoa mixture and stir in remaining almonds and chocolate chips.

Spoon batter on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cut into 20 pieces and flip the pieces over, bake for additional 25 minutes.
