I found this recipe and adapted it slightly from Skinnytastes.com. I know you're not supposed to post recipes from cookbooks or blogs but that's where I get most of my recipes and I want them in my online recipe box so that I can quickly calculate my calories. Ingredients

4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup fat free greek yogurt
1/2 cup Franks Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 tsp white wine vinegar
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
Directions
Mix the first 5 ingredients together until smooth. Add the chicken and put this in the crock pot on low for 3-4 hours. Serve warm.
