Ingredients

    Perdue Fit and Easy Ground Turkey Breast, 16 oz
    Crushed Tomatoes, 28 oz can
    Petite Diced Tomatoes , 14.5 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) diced
    Celery, raw, .5 cup diced
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 clove chopped
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp.
    1 t. each basil & oregano
    dash of red pepper flakes (or to taste)
    1/2 t. ground black pepper

    Place above ingredients in crock pot and simmer 6-7 hours. 15 minutes before serving stir in:
    1/2 cup greek yogurt.

    Serve over:
    4 cups cooked spaghetti squash


Directions

Serve over hot cooked spaghetti squash. Garnish with 1 T of parmesan cheese if desired. (adds 20 calories).

Serving Size: 8 servings. One heaping cup of sauce, with 1/2 cup spaghetti squash.
