Using turkey bacon, reduced fat cream cheese and fat free cheddar. Still very tasty! Using turkey bacon, reduced fat cream cheese and fat free cheddar. Still very tasty!
Number of Servings: 20


    10 jalapenos, halved and seeds and membranes removed
    4 oz softened Neufchatel cheese
    1/2 cup shredded Fat Free Shredded Sharp Cheddar
    7 slices turkey bacon, cut into 3 equal sections


*** Be sure to use gloves or put plastic baggies on your hands when handling the peppers. Even after you have washed your hands, the capsicum will still be present and can burn you.


Preheat oven 350 degrees F.

Mix cheeses together until creamy and spoon evenly into the pepper halves. Wrap piece of turkey bacon around the pepper and secure with toothpick if necessary. Bake for 25 minutes or until bacon is cooked and cheese is melted.
