This is a great recipe if you are trying to increase your protein or your potassium. it makes 12 servings so I use half for dinner and then I have lunch for the whole family the next day. Ingredients

    1lbs cooked and diced chicken
    1 8oz package of ready to bake lasagna noodles
    Filling-
    2c low fat cottege cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 c parmesan cheese
    1/2 c motzerella cheese
    salt&pepper to taste
    Sause-
    8T I can't belive it's not butter
    1/4 c flour
    1c 1%milk
    1c parmesan cheese
    Topping-
    1c motzerella

Directions

Pre cook chicken and dice. In bowl combine all of the filling ingredients and set aside. In medium sause pan and butter and medium heat melt add flour and 1 1/2 t of garlic powder wisk until flour is lite brown add milk. continue wisking until flour is desolved. Bring to a boil then turn down to low and 1c parmesan cheese stir until melted. add salt and pepper to taste. Pre-heat oven to 350 in 9x13 pan spray with nonstick spray add enough sause to coat bottom of pan add a layer of noodles,then a 1/3 of the filling a 1/3 of the chicken and a 1/3 of the sause continue to layer until you have used everything the Top with cheese bake uncovered for 1hr. let stand for 5 min before cutting. This makes 12 servings
