    1/2 head of cabbage
    2, potatoes w/skin
    2 TBSP olive oil
    1 TBSP Balsamic vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste


You could also add meet to this dish and eat it as an entree.


Shred cabbage into strips. Cut potato into chunks. Add into slow cooker with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6 hours and enjoy!
