    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/4 cup rice, uncooked
    1 1/2 cup milk
    7 chicken thighs
    1/2 pkg of onion soup mix, dry


I change this up, with different types of rices, and different soups.
One favourite is broccoli and cheddar and cream of chicken


mix together soup and milk till smooth. stir in rice.
pour into lightly sprayed 9 x 13 baking dish
place chicken on top of rice mixture.
sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken and rice.
cover tightly with tinfoil.
bake at 350*F for 90 min, DON'T PEEK!
