Ingredients

    2 Large Eggs
1/2C Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk (shredded)
    1/2 C Onions, raw (chopped)
12 slices (102 grams) Oscar Meyer Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
*All Natural Original PAM No Stick Cooking Spray

Tips

**To flip the egg disk i usually have to gently flop it on a plate and then slide it back into the pan, i have no coordination in egg flipping.

Directions

First cut up your onion, spray an omelet pan with PAM and added your onions (medium high heat). While your onions are sauteing shred your cheese and dice up your ham. Next crack 2 eggs in a bowl and then add your egg beaters, scramble with fork until mixed well. Your onions should be done by now so take them off the heat and into a small bowl with the other ingredients you have cut up.

Make the omelet like any other, lightly spray pan with PAM and add egg mixture. As the egg cooks lightly scrap cooked pieces towards the side letting the liquid fill in the spaces until all is pretty much cooked. The top will still be alittle gooey so you will need to flip the egg disk over for it to cook. Add your ingredients in the bottom half and then fold top half over. I allow it to cook with the heat off to melt the cheese and warm the meat.

Serving Size: 1/2 of the Omelet
