Ingredients

    1 Lb Ground Turkey
    4 oz Turkey Pepperoni
    1 Green Pepper
    1/4 Sliced Onion
    2 C Water
    2 C Tomato Sauce with Italian Seasoning
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp mustard powder
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 tsp salt (or to taste)
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp fennel seed (crushed)
    1 14.5 oz can unsalted vegetable broth
    1 14 oz can diced tomatos
    1-1/2 Tbsp Dried Italian Seasoning
    Shredded Mozzarella for topping

Directions

Brown ground turkey in a skillet and add paprika. This colors the meat a little. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese and simmer until done. About 25 minutes. Serve in bowls and top with cheese.
